Our in-home services are the
perfect answer for those who

The Fitness Fusion 360° in-home
personal-training program offers
the ultimate in convenience and
flexibility. You decide the day,
time and place, and your
dedicated personal trainer will
show up – ready to work, and
full of energy!
Whether you have free weights
(dumbbells, barbells, etc), a
home apparatus (Bowflex, Total
Gym, etc.) or other fitness
implements, our professional
staff will create a specialized
routine for you, taking
your goals, equipment, and floor
space into careful
consideration. The in-home
structured program can
incorporate any or all of the
features of our traditional
personal training program. |

the comfort of your own home.
Our Nutrition Manager
Consultants will come to your
home or office and get you
started on the road to eating
healthy and optimally. In
addition to the features of our
existing consulting programs,
