    Fitness Fusion 360° has joined forces with Lifestyle Management Associates to design a revolutionary weight loss/lifestyle modification program that incorporates nutritional counseling, menu planning, exercise and stress reduction techniques. We have constructed individual and group programs to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle without resorting to fad diets. Our Nutrition Specialists and Nutrition Manager Consultants - certified under Lifestyle Management Associates - provide nutrition services safely and professionally in accordance with all state licensure laws, and within the guidelines of the American Dietetic Association. We work directly in conjunction with the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists (AASDN) to provide you with nutrition education, and to help you to develop safe and effective menu plans. We are dedicated to helping individuals make the lifestyle changes required to fight the exploding obesity epidemic, which will soon overtake smoking as the number one cause of preventable deaths in America. Our goal is to reduce this epidemic one case at a time.

    Neither is starving yourself, exercising 3 hours a day or never eating ice cream again. The answer is moderation and adopting a permanent lifestyle change to healthy eating. Our aim is to provide you with the knowledge and understanding you need to begin this transition to a healthier lifestyle. You will learn to make responsible eating decisions without feeling as if you are making a sacrifice. You will gain insight on subjects such as:  
    • Differences between scientific truth and "marketing hype"
• Fad diets - how they affect your body, and why they don't work
• Risks of taking nutritional supplements, and why the "buyer must beware"
• Body composition vs. "scale weight"
• Roles of macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) in our bodies
• Differences between "good carbs" and "bad carbs"
• Metabolism - what it is, and how can we change it?
• How the human body produces and utilizes energy
 
    Fitness Fusion 360° currently offers three types of structured nutrition consulting programs: group, individual and youth.  
       
       
    Group Program  
    Learning nutrition in a positive group environment provides valuable benefits in starting your journey to a healthier lifestyle. A group setting allows you to hear and learn from the experiences of other participants – learning from their mistakes, and benefiting from their past successes. In addition, a support structure is built, wherein at the end of the class, you will have several permanent partners in your quest for health.

This unique program consists of group lectures and individual consultations. The lecture portion consists of eight weekly, one-hour group lectures in a classroom setting, with a pre-defined syllabus that includes a comprehensive list of topics.

    With class registration, you will receive:

Class textbook – containing nutrition information, sample menu plans and healthy recipes
Lifestyle Journal – to document progress, and track weekly, monthly, and long term goals
Menu planning software – to analyze and track your eating, without lifting a pencil

With class registration, you will also receive 3 one-on-one consultations. While the group lectures provide general, comprehensive nutrition and exercise knowledge, your one-on-one appointment will focus on your specific needs – helping you develop a healthy eating program, and/or a tailored exercise regimen.

On completion of the 8 weeks, you will posses the tools needed to be successful in long-term “fat” loss and health maintenance.

Due to the individual attention provided by the program, each group program is limited to 10 participants, who must be ready to make a lifestyle change.
 
       
       
    Individual Program  
    The Fitness Fusion 360 Individual Nutrition program allows you to meet 1-on-1 with one of our nutrition consultants, who will resolve any questions, concerns or obstacles you may have encountered on your quest to wellness. You ultimately decide which topics will be discussed. Typical topics include – but are not limited to - food analysis, caloric intake, time and schedule management, or exercise selection. Your consultant can even take you on an educational tour of your local supermarket. Individual consultations are one-hour long, and can be purchased in one, two, or three-session packages.  
       
       
    Youth Program (Coming Soon)  
    The youth program also follows a similar pattern; however, there is a more “hands on” approach when working with youth.  
    While you must "walk the walk", our commitment is that we, the consultants, will be with you every step of the way. We will educate, encourage, motivate and when necessary provide accountability. Our goal is not to simply help you to lose weight. We are here to support you to train your body, optimize your diet and eating habits and attain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
